St Gerard's School hopes to function as normal Thursday, 7th of January.
Parents must however judge the conditions in their locality and consider the age and independence of the child. The essential element to bear in mind is not just the pupil's ability to get into school but the return at the end of the day.
Convent Lane proved to be very tricky to negotiate this morning, so please drop children off at the top of the senior school drive and let them come by foot into school. This applies to both junior and senior school pupils
