Tamsin ran at the Welsh Athletics Junior Indoor Championships at Cardiff over the weekend. She got a gold in both the 800m and 1500m - making her the Welsh U13 Champion at both distances. She had an impressive time of 5 minutes 16 in the 1500m. We know how modest Tamsin can be, but it's an amazing achievement and we wanted to celebrate this success. Well done Tamsin!
